Kosher Barbera rosé is a rarity. Adir's take is bone-dry, textured, and hits the Provençal note without giving up the fruit.
Tasting notes
Wild strawberry, red currant and a hint of white pepper on the nose. Palate is dry and textured with mineral acidity and clean red fruit. Finish is bright and crisp.
Food pairing
Beautiful with grilled fish, dairy Shabbos lunches, mezze, or a summer salmon platter. Also handles roast chicken with lemon.
