Rollover To Zoom
Adir's Kerem Ben Zimra Barbera Rosé is a dry Italian-varietal rosé from Adir's Upper Galilee estate — a rare Barbera pink, mevushal, elegant enough for the Shabbos guest table.
Mood: Dry. Italian. Elegant.
Tasting notes
Wild strawberry, red currant and a hint of white pepper on the nose. Palate is dry and textured with mineral acidity and clean red fruit. Finish is bright and crisp.
Food pairing
Beautiful with grilled fish, dairy Shabbos lunches, mezze, or a summer salmon platter. Also handles roast chicken with lemon.
