Barkan's Reserve Gold Edition Rose is a single-vineyard dry rose from 100% Malbec grown in the Alma Vineyard, high in the Upper Galilee. Harvested at precise maturity and made mevushal, it pours pale salmon and drinks crisp and clean, a serious rose that still passes freely at the Shabbos table.

Tasting Notes
Fresh strawberry, red currant, and watermelon over a light mineral edge. The palate is dry and crisp with red berry, citrus, and clean acidity. The finish is dry and refreshing.
Food Pairing
Serve well chilled with grilled fish, salads, mezze, or a Friday-night salmon.
