Rollover To Zoom
From a boutique vineyard along the historic Rothschild wine trail in northern Israel, this dry Bordeaux-style rosé is built from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot. Cold-fermented in stainless steel for eight months, it drinks pale, crisp, and serious.
Mood: Limestone, citrus, breeze.
Tasting notes
Pale salmon in the glass, with aromas of pink grapefruit, wild strawberry, and a flick of crushed herb. The palate runs dry and saline — red currant, white peach, a thread of stone. Finish is brisk and clean, with citrus zest carrying the close.
Food pairing
Built for a dairy Shabbos lunch — Israeli salads, baked salmon, salatim spread, or a creamy quiche. Holds up to grilled chicken at a summer Yom Tov as well.
