Rollover To Zoom
Bicerin White is the pearly white chocolate liqueur from Distillerie Vincenzi in Turin, the same Piedmont house behind the classic Bicerin gianduia. It pours creamy and pale, all white chocolate and soft vanilla, smooth enough to sip cold or float over an espresso.
Mood: Creamy, sweet, indulgent.
Sommelier
"Dessert in a glass. Chill it hard, pour it small, and let the white chocolate do the talking."
Tasting Notes
The nose is pure white chocolate and vanilla cream, with a faint note of coffee underneath. The palate is round and velvety, sweet without being cloying, coating like melted confection. It finishes long and soft, warm cocoa butter fading into a gentle vanilla close.
Food Pairing
Built for the sweet end of the table. Pour it over ice for dessert, stir a splash into hot coffee or hot chocolate, or serve it alongside rugelach, babka, and fruit at a Shabbos or Yom Tov kiddush. It also makes a quick dessert cocktail over crushed ice.
