Tasting Notes
Crystal clear with a silvery hue and thin, quick tears. Nose is fresh and vibrant — cooked agave, citrus peel, a hint of white pepper and a whisper of jalapeño. The palate is clean and lively with agave sweetness, mineral edge and a dry, warming finish that lingers pleasantly.
Food Pairing
Sip chilled straight, or build it into a Paloma, margarita, or Ranch Water for kiddush club and simchas. Food-wise it loves ceviche, grilled fish tacos, guacamole and salted citrus — anything with lime and heat.
