Tasting Notes
Cooked agave, vanilla, light caramel, soft cinnamon and oak. Light amber and silky with cooked-agave sweetness, vanilla, and a quiet oak frame; medium-bodied with slow tears on the glass. Warm and clean with honey and toasted oak.
Food Pairing
Neat, on the rocks, or as the base of a Reposado Paloma or Tommy's Margarita. Pairs with grilled meats, tacos al pastor, or sharp aged cheese.
