Rollover To Zoom
Château Labégorce is a Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel in the heart of Margaux, farmed by the Perrodo family across thirty hectares of classic Left Bank gravel. This is its kosher bottling, a polished, Cabernet-led Margaux that carries the appellation's famous perfume and silk.
Mood: perfumed, silky, refined
Tasting notes
Aromas of violet, blackcurrant, and dark cherry lift from the glass, trailed by cedar, sweet tobacco, and a whisper of vanilla oak. The palate is medium-bodied and seamless, its ripe black fruit carried on fine, silky tannins and bright Margaux freshness. It closes long and floral, with a savory, graphite-tinged echo.
Food pairing
Serve it with a holiday roast, herbed rack of lamb, or a Shabbos brisket. Its finesse also flatters roast poultry and softer aged cheeses.
