The Estate Cabernet is Dalton's everyday dry red, oak aged and grown in the Upper Galilee. This is the non-mevushal bottling, now in a half bottle for a smaller pour.
Mood: Ripe, oaked, dependable.

A weeknight red that is good enough for Shabbos. Nothing to think about, plenty to enjoy.
Tasting notes
Blackberry, plum and a light note of oak. Medium to full across the palate with soft tannin and ripe fruit. A clean, fruity finish with a touch of spice.
Food pairing
Roast chicken, burgers, brisket and cholent.
