Tasting notes
Blackcurrant, plum, and a lift of cedar and dried herb. Medium-bodied with juicy dark-berry fruit, soft tannin, and a whisper of vanilla oak. Smooth and fruit-driven, with a gentle grip that keeps you coming back.

A natural at the Shabbos table with brisket, cholent, or grilled lamb chops. Also holds up beautifully to a hearty kugel.
