Tasting notes
Vibrant purple in the glass. Nose opens with cassis, blackberry and a whisper of eucalyptus. Palate is full-bodied with ripe dark fruit, firm tannin and a lick of vanilla oak. Finish is long and warming.
Food pairing
Built for grilled ribeye, roast lamb, brisket, or hard aged cheeses. Also pairs with a rich mushroom-braised main.
