Feudi di San Gregorio's Campania rosato, recently rebranded from Visione to San Greg. A dry Mediterranean rose from Aglianico and Piedirosso in southern Italy's most storied wine region.

Tasting notes

The nose lifts wild strawberry, watermelon, and a soft floral edge over a light mineral note. The palate is dry and lively, with red-fruit lift, tart citrus, and a whisper of white pepper carried by refreshing acidity. The finish is long and clean, with a saline mineral close.

Food pairing

A natural pour with grilled fish, herb salads, mezze, seafood pasta, and Mediterranean dairy Shabbos lunches. Also comfortable with soft cheeses.
