Tasting notes
The nose lifts juniper, cucumber, and Bulgarian rose over a soft floral edge. The palate is smooth and lightly sweet, with a fresh cucumber lift, coriander, and a whisper of citrus carried on a silky spirit. The finish is clean and floral, with lingering rose and juniper.
Food pairing
Made famous in a Hendrick's and tonic with cucumber. Also lovely in a martini or Tom Collins. Serve with a slice of cucumber.
