Rollover To Zoom
The Hevron Heights Messody Rosé is a French-style dry rosé from Cabernet Sauvignon, grown on the Judean Hills at 350-650 meters where warm days, cool nights, and a coastal breeze do the work. Salmon-pink, fragrant, and refreshingly clean.
Tasting notes
Strawberry, watermelon, and a soft floral lift on the nose. Crisp and bone-dry on the palate with delicate acidity, red-fruit precision, and a clean mineral finish.
Pairing
Spring salads, grilled chicken, roasted salmon, sushi, or just about any pizza. Serve well-chilled.
