Tasting notes
Concord grape, jam and a candied sweetness you can smell across the room. Thick and sweet across the palate, low in acid and very soft. A sweet, grapey finish.
Food pairing
The four cups at the seder, kiddush, and gefilte fish. Also the base of a decent sangria.
