Pescaja Tuke is a Nebbiolo from Terre Alfieri DOC, one of Piedmont's newest classifications for classic Nebbiolo territory. Approachable and food-friendly at a fraction of Barolo pricing.

Tasting notes
The nose lifts red cherry, dried rose petal, and a soft note of tar over a light herbal edge. The palate is medium-bodied and structured, with red-fruit weight, Nebbiolo's classic dried-rose note, and a fine drying tannin. The finish is long and clean, with a lingering red-cherry note and a subtle savory grip.
Food pairing
A classical partner for veal, roast lamb, herbed chicken, pasta bolognese, and Shabbos brisket. Also beautiful with truffle-heavy dishes and hard aged cheeses.
