Rollover To Zoom
Psagot De'Vine is the winery's semi-sweet Bordeaux blend — powerful Judean Hills fruit softened just enough for guests who like a sweeter pour with Shabbos.
Mood: Rich. Sweet. Generous.
Tasting notes
Ripe black plum, cherry compote and warm spice on the nose. Palate is medium-bodied with layered sweet dark fruit and soft tannin. Finish is smooth with lingering fruit.
Food pairing
Beautiful with brisket, honey-glazed chicken, cholent, or a slice of babka. Also plays with strong cheeses on a Motzei Shabbos board.
