Photo for reference. Vintage may differ from the bottle shipped.
Sinai is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz off Psagot's mountain vineyards north of Jerusalem, grown at around nine hundred metres. The magnum is the format for a full table.
Mood: Ripe, fruity, generous.
Our sommelier says
A magnum pours about twelve glasses. Open it at the start of the meal and let it breathe in the bottle.
Tasting notes
Blackberry, ripe plum and warm spice. Full and fruit-forward across the palate, balanced rather than heavy. A long, warm, fruited finish.
Food pairing
Brisket, roast lamb and a Yom Tov table with a lot of people at it.
