Tasting notes
Anise, apricot, honey and lemon zest on the nose. Palate is textured and layered with soft citrus, ripe stone fruit and a hint of oak. Finish is long with floral notes.
Food pairing
Beautiful with salmon, roast chicken with lemon, dairy Shabbos lunches, and Mediterranean mezze. Also handles spicy Moroccan fish.
