Tanqueray is a benchmark London Dry gin, quadruple-distilled and built on a classic four-botanical recipe of juniper, coriander, angelica, and licorice. Originally founded in London in 1830 and now produced by Diageo in Scotland, it is one of the most poured gins in the world.
Mood: Classic, juniper, sharp.
Tasting notes
Bright juniper, coriander seed, and a touch of citrus peel. Crisp and dry with pine-forward juniper and a clean botanical spine. Sharp, dry, and pleasingly bitter on the close.
Food pairing
A textbook gin martini or a proper G&T with lime for a Motzei Shabbos wind-down.
