Rollover To Zoom
Floral and lightly smoky, with a menthol-edged finish that brings the agave back at the end. The middle child, and arguably the most versatile.
Mood: Sunset patio, lime wedge optional.
Our sommelier says
100% blue Weber agave rested in oak long enough to pick up smoke without losing green agave character. Sipper or top-shelf margarita base.
Tasting notes
Cooked agave, light smoke, white pepper, floral lift. Subtle herbal agave with menthol and smoked oak; roasted-melon underneath. Gently smoky, oak-trimmed, menthol echo.
Food pairing
Top-shelf margarita, grilled fish tacos, achiote chicken, or neat over one cube.
