Rollover To Zoom
Adir's Kerem Ben Zimra Marselan Rosé is the family estate's take on the Provence style — pale copper-pink, dry, and cut for the Israeli sun. Marselan is a Cabernet Sauvignon × Grenache cross that gives this rosé structure without ever losing the salinity of the Galilee.
Mood: Pale, dry, sun-lit.
Sommelier’s note
“A Galilee rosé that drinks like a serious Provence bottling — pale, structured, saline, and impossibly easy alongside anything off the grill.”
Tasting notes
Fresh strawberry and watermelon lift out of the glass, with a light salinity underneath. Dry and precise — red berry and grapefruit peel carry the middle, minerality holding it all together. Clean, dry, mineral finish — the salinity keeps you reaching for the glass.
Pairing
Serve well-chilled. Perfect with grilled fish, mezze, tuna salad, or a Friday-night salmon.
