Delilah is Mony's dressed-up top-shelf pour. Decant a full hour, serve with a rare ribeye, and don't rush it.
Tasting notes
Cassis, black cherry and a whisper of cedar on the nose. Palate is full-bodied with polished tannin, layered dark fruit and a lick of French oak. Finish is long with graphite and spice.
Food pairing
Built for grilled ribeye, roast lamb, brisket, or aged hard cheeses. Handles even the heaviest Shabbos meat course.
