Rollover To Zoom
Carmel Appellation Rosé is Carmel Winery's high-elevation pink from the Sha'al vineyard on the Golan Heights, planted at 750 meters. Cool nights and mountain fruit give this rosé real precision — the Israeli winery's most serious pink.
Mood: Mountain, dry, Israeli-serious.
Sommelier's note
"A mountain-fruit rosé with real precision. Strawberry, pomegranate, and a whisper of white pepper. Dry and structured, at home with real food."
Tasting notes
Pale salmon-pink with aromas of strawberry, pomegranate, red apple, and a whisper of white pepper. The palate is dry and medium-bodied, with red berry fruit, a mineral spine, and a light citrus lift. The finish is clean, structured, and gently spiced.
Food pairing
Grilled salmon, herbed chicken, mezze plates, Middle Eastern salads, mild cheeses (dairy course). A summer Shabbos day pink for a fancier table.
