Carmel Appellation Rosé is Carmel Winery's high-elevation pink from the Sha'al vineyard on the Golan Heights, planted at 750 meters. Cool nights and mountain fruit give this rosé real precision — the Israeli winery's most serious pink.

Tasting notes
Pale salmon-pink with aromas of strawberry, pomegranate, red apple, and a whisper of white pepper. The palate is dry and medium-bodied, with red berry fruit, a mineral spine, and a light citrus lift. The finish is clean, structured, and gently spiced.
