Rollover To Zoom
Adir Winery's Sauvignon Blanc comes from the Kerem Ben Zimra vineyards in the Upper Galilee, where the Rosenberg family has been farming since 2003. It's a dry, unoaked white built for a hot summer table.
Mood: Crisp, citrusy, bright.
Sommelier
"An honest Galilean Sauvignon — cut grass, grapefruit, and enough acidity to wake up a shabbos lunch."
Tasting Notes
Aromas of pink grapefruit, lemongrass, and a fresh cut-grass edge lift out of the glass. The palate is dry and taut, with green apple and pineapple riding a firm line of acidity. The finish is clean and mineral, leaving a citrus-peel snap.
Food Pairing
Made for dairy kiddush and Shabbos lunch — pairs cleanly with white fish, sushi, goat cheese salads, and lemony chicken. A good aperitif before a summer yom tov meal.
