Tasting notes
Amber-gold with aromas of caramel, orange peel, dried apricot, and a whisper of vanilla. The palate is medium-bodied and smooth, with honey, spiced pear, mild oak, and gentle warmth. The finish is soft, sweet, and quick.
Best served
Neat as a digestivo after an Italian meal, in a Sidecar or brandy Manhattan, splashed into espresso for a caffè corretto, or over vanilla ice cream.
