Tasting notes
Ripe Meyer lemon, pear, white peach, and honeydew lead the nose with a soft yeasty note underneath. The palate is off-dry with medium-plus acidity and a lightly creamy texture from the Charmat bubbles. The finish is clean and citrus-driven.
Food pairing
A natural aperitif for a Shabbos or yom tov table. Pairs with vegetable tempura, sushi, fruit salad, brunch eggs, and just about anything fried.
