Rollover To Zoom
Roland Bru VSOP is a small-house Cognac from Distillerie des Moisans, aged a minimum of four years in Limousin oak and blended from Ugni Blanc eaux-de-vie across the finest Cognac terroirs. It is one of the few widely available OU-P certified Cognacs.
Mood: Floral, elegant, warming.
Tasting notes
Deep amber in the glass, with dried apricot, toasted almond, and elegant floral lift. Round and smooth on the palate — honeyed pear, buttery praline, and soft leather carry the mid-palate. Long, warm finish with vanilla oak and a whisper of dark chocolate.
Food pairing
Sip neat in a snifter after a Shabbos or Yom Tov meal. Beautiful alongside dark chocolate, dried fruit, or a good cigar in the sukkah.
