Rollover To Zoom
Tabor Moscato Rose is a low-alcohol, lightly sparkling pink Muscat from Israel's Lower Galilee — Tabor's answer to the Bartenura-blue-bottle category, in rosé form. Sweet, fizzy, and made to be shared.
Mood: Fizzy, sweet, summery.
Tasting notes
Fresh strawberry, ripe peach, and orange blossom on the nose, with a whisper of honey. Sweet and lightly sparkling on the palate — juicy red-berry fruit up front, honeyed sweetness through the middle, held together by clean acidity. Medium finish with lingering strawberry candy and a soft floral echo.
Food pairing
Serve well-chilled with fresh fruit, Shabbos-morning cake, cheesecake, or as a friendly aperitif before Yom Tov lunch.
