Tasting notes
The nose lifts deep roasted coffee, cocoa, and a soft caramel edge. The palate is smooth and lightly sweet, with rich espresso weight, cocoa, and a subtle vanilla note. The finish is long and warm, with a lingering coffee bitterness and a soft sweet close.

Ideal for a single espresso martini after Yom Tov meat meals or splashed into hot coffee. Beautiful with dark chocolate and honey cake.
