Tasting Notes
The nose opens on ripe plum, dark cherry, and a signature Malbec violet lift. The palate is rich and intense with plush dark fruit, soft tannins, and warm spice. The finish is long and velvety.

A natural for grilled meats, Shabbos brisket, and slow-braised short ribs. Also handles a rich mushroom risotto or a heavy pasta dish.
