Saperavi
10 bottles
Saperavi is Georgia's flagship red grape and the backbone of Georgian red wine — deeply coloured, firm and built for food. It is bottled both bone dry and semi-sweet, and it is the grape behind the named Georgian appellations: Kindzmarauli (semi-sweet), Mukuzani (dry, oak-aged) and Pirosmani (semi-dry).
Everything on this page is kosher, in mevushal and non-mevushal bottlings, from Georgian Royal Wine (GRW), Shimon & Company and Palavani. For the full Georgian range including whites and Chacha, see Georgian Kosher Wine.
